After 6 albums and 10 years of making music, it was lovely to catch up with Ben of The Ben Drake Collective. We spoke last Christmas and it was so it was great to hear his beautiful christmas song is still charting in September! We also talked about what it’s been like gathering and producing a collection of greatest hits, looking back over ten years and his more recent search for inspiration.
The Ben Drake Collective has featured some incredibly talented musicians over the years and so it was good to find out if there was anyone Ben particular wished he could’ve worked with and of course we covered all sorts of other things too from his work as an ambassador for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Trust to why he was recently spotted with a mug of tea in a field!
