Last week we embarked on our mission to showcase musical talent and the many awesome venues supporting our local community. This week we continue our quest with the second instalment of Southend City Radio LIVE on our Candlelight Acoustic Night Tour.
Every Sunday night we’ll be hosting an open mic night at a venue near you and recording the whole thing… LIVE! As we tour the local area, visiting all the best venues on our way, we’re excited to bring the magic of live music, captured on our doorstep and broadcast to your radio.
In our second stop on the Candlelight Acoustic Night Tour, we set up camp in Isla’s Bar, Westcliff and witnessed some wonderful moments including a first time ever performance, an improvised jam session that turned into one of the greatest audience singalongs and our youngest ever performer making a stage debut!
