Ahead of the UK General Election on Thursday 4th July, all party candidates running for the Southend East and Rochford constituency were invited to a hustings at the Belle Vue Baptist Church on Wednesday.
Featuring an opening and closing statement from all those in attendance and a format that allowed each candidate to express their views and policies in response to a live Q&A, the event was a fantastic opportunity for voters to meet and hear from all the candidates.
The event was hosted by Project Southchurch in collaboration with Southend Foodbank and as media partners, Southend City Radio were invited to record the full event.
