In this instalment of The Big Small Business Show we sat down with local barber and entrepreneur Aras Ali. Owner of Cut U Up and Arastocuts, Aras has opened several branches across Southend and Leigh since he opened his first barbers more than 18 years ago. He talked us through some of his experiences in business and some of the things he’s learned from working in factories at 16 years old to running a successful business of his own.
We delved deep into what drives Aras in running his businesses, he shared some great advice on building customer loyalty, why doing what you love is so important and how surrounding yourself with the right people can help you grow in business.
